My research interests include nonlinear optics, plasmonics and optical trapping. My current activities focus on optical trapping, with a strong emphasis on stochastic motion of trapped nanoobject, thermal effects and their implications for nano-biomolecule manipulation. I am interested in trapping and measuring a properties of different artificial and biological nanoparticels including rare earth doped nanocrystals, plasmonic and high-index dielectric nanoparticles.
